Anna arrives at your home with fabric samples, measuring tools and a complete understanding of your brief. The appointment is unhurried, personal and focused entirely on your vision.

Your Bespoke Quote

Within 48 hours of your appointment, you receive a fully itemised written quotation covering fabrics, construction, lead times and installation — with no hidden costs of any kind.

Creation Begins

Once you approve the quote, work begins in our London studio. Every piece is hand-crafted using traditional couture techniques, with updates provided at key milestones throughout production.

Installation & Transformation

Anna oversees every installation personally, dressing each window with the care and precision the piece deserves. Your room is transformed — exactly as you imagined it.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead for a consultation or site visit. For full project commissions, especially before seasonal periods, 6–8 weeks lead time is ideal to ensure your preferred production slot is available.
Where do you cover in London?
We serve all London boroughs and surrounding areas including Surrey, Kent, Essex and Hertfordshire. For projects outside London, please contact us directly to discuss travel arrangements.
Is the consultation fee refundable?
The £250 Design and Consultation fee is fully credited toward your final order when you proceed with a commission. It is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed, as it covers Anna's time and preparation.
Can I book multiple services at once?
Absolutely. Many clients book a Design Consultation and Site Visit together, which we can often combine into a single extended home visit to save your time. Contact us and we will arrange the most efficient schedule for your project.
What should I prepare for the consultation?
Nothing specific is required — simply have the rooms you are working on accessible. If you have mood boards, fabric swatches, or inspiration images, please do share them. Anna will bring everything needed for a productive session.
How long does a typical project take?
From approved quotation to installation, most projects take 4–8 weeks depending on scope and fabric availability. Simpler commissions such as a single Roman blind can be completed in 2–3 weeks. All lead times are confirmed in writing before you commit.
Do you work with interior designers?
Yes — we work regularly with London's interior design community as a trusted making workroom partner. Trade enquiries are welcome and we offer a professional service tailored to the specific requirements of working with design practices.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
We understand that life is unpredictable. Please give us at least 48 hours notice and we will reschedule your appointment without any additional charge. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a rebooking fee.
